I’m currently studying Medicinal and Biological Chemistry at the University of Edinburgh. I could not imagine my life without science, but I’m also passionate about medicine, especially neurosurgery. Alongside developing my interest in space by undertaking Experimental Biophysics and Space Sciences internship, astrobiology course and participating in ESA’s Cansats in Europe competition, I also took part in various surgical skills workshops, became a Neuroanatomy coordinator in Edinburgh University Neurological Society and assisted in chemistry lab, as well as worked on electrochemical simulations and modelling. Shortly speaking, I love interdisciplinarity. Thus, I am glad to unveil my brainchild, the Edinburgh University Astrobiology, Astrochemistry and Space Medicine Society.
